Outer Spaces - Free Art Workshops

Charity Outer Spaces is presenting free arts activities delivered by a number of resident artists in Perth including art workshops, exhibitions, art trail, and book launch.

Outer Spaces Presents Resident Artists at Perth Festival of the Arts

Outer Spaces is a charity collaborating with artists, arts organisations and property owners to activate the nation’s empty commercial spaces.

The charity supports artists locked out of unaffordable spaces and oversubscribed opportunities. High living costs and precarious incomes are having a devastating impact on artists practice and livelihoods. These challenging times need bold, transformative ideas.

Outer Spaces network can access free meanwhile space and development opportunities. Their programme explores new models and directions for curating, commissioning and collaborative working. They create the conditions for artists to take the lead and give cultural networks the opportunity to thrive.

On Saturday 1 June in different spaces on Perth High Street, Outer Spaces artists are presenting free arts activities including art workshops, exhibitions, art trail, and book launch.
